Ethiopian Israeli families continue to face significant obstacles, impeding their social and cultural advancement despite various governmental and philanthropic efforts. In fact, more than 35% of Ethiopian families live below the poverty line, and the average Ethiopian family earns 35% less than the average Israeli family.
Recognizing the urgency of this issue, the Conservatory has taken a proactive stance by establishing a special fund to provide scholarships and individualized support to Ethiopian children. By supporting the Conservatory's efforts, you can help close the gaps that exist between Ethiopian students and their peers, enabling them to overcome adversity and flourish academically and personally.

The representation of Ethiopian students at the Conservatory is disproportionately low with only 3 out of 900+ students of Ethiopian descent, solely due to the lack of access they face.
